The full Sibos 2026 programme is now live. Here's what to expect from a week of debate, discovery and forward-thinking discussion.
With 500 sessions and more than 250 speakers, the Sibos 2026 conference programme is now available to explore. Registered participants can browse the full agenda on the Sibos website and build your personal schedule on the Sibos app to make sure you don’t miss the conversations that matter.
The week opens with Jane Fraser, Chair and CEO of Citi, taking the stage for the opening plenary. Jane’s opening address will set out this year’s theme, Digital finance for AI-driven economies, which will in turn shape the conversations happening throughout the week.
Industry Sessions
The industry sessions form the backbone of the conference programme, spanning payments, securities and FX, trade, AI, digital assets, technology and ESG. Across 500 sessions, speakers from financial institutions, regulators, fintechs and technology firms tackle the practical and strategic questions defining the sector.
In payments, the debate will centre on whether correspondent banking can support the next phase of global cross-border flows, and what governance frameworks agentic payments will require. In securities, T+1 alignment and the design of multi-asset settlement environments are under examination. AI features prominently, in line with our theme, from managing dependency risk in a fragmented geopolitical landscape to the collective resilience challenges that emerge when common platforms fail. And digital assets sessions ask where tokenisation will actually generate value and who controls trust in a tokenised world.
Innotribe: thinking further ahead
Running as a 'conference within a conference', Innotribe 2026 takes a deliberately long view, asking not just where financial services is heading in the next cycle but what the industry looks like even further ahead.
Expect sessions that think broadly and conceptually about the future, including The 2050 Horizon: Investing in the Next Human Century and a two-part Future of Value series examining first how autonomous finance and the intelligent contract will reshape financial decision-making, and second how agentic AI creates self-directing systems with real implications for accountability, bias and explainability.
Quantum risk will also come under focus along with sessions covering robotics and AI coworkers. The Swift Hackathon and Discover Perfect Pitch finals return again in Miami, rounding out the programme and crowning our winners. And don’t miss the Innotribe closing session, where we will explore the fundamental laws of the stars and tackle the "FAQ" of the cosmos.
Networking and beyond
The Sibos experience extends well beyond the conference floor, with dedicated meeting spaces around the venue and the Connections lounge, which you can book through the Sibos app, as well as networking events such as Against All Odds and Innotribe Connect.
The Sibos 5K will also return on Wednesday 30 September, this year tracing one of its most scenic routes yet along the Miami boardwalk, starting at Lummus Park, past the Art Deco architecture of Ocean Drive and around the tip of South Pointe Park before looping back to Lummus Park. Open to all fitness levels and proudly sponsored by itea P2B, it remains one of the most popular ways the Sibos community comes together during the week.
Policy Lab
Returning from a successful debut in Frankfurt in 2025, the exclusive Policy Lab will again bring together regulators, financial institutions, international organisations and technology experts to examine how policy is keeping pace with a rapidly shifting operational landscape.
With sessions by invitation, thePolicy Lab provides a space for the kind of frank, cross-sector conversations the industry must have to respond.
The finale
Sibos 2026 will conclude with none other than Serena Williams, who takes to the stage for our closing plenary.
The longest-ranked world No. 1 in tennis, winner of 23 Grand Slam titles and a global entrepreneur and investor through Serena Ventures, Serena will round off the week with her thoughts on leadership, resilience and performance under pressure, bringing this year’s conversations to a spectacular close.
Register now to secure your place, unlock the full programme and get everything in place to make the most out of what promises to be a packed week
Sibos 2026 takes place in Miami from 28 September to 1 October. Register here to secure your place.
For all the latest updates, sign up to the Sibos Insider newsletter and be sure to follow us on LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Instagram.
