Collect your badge early at your hotel
If you reserve an official Sibos hotel before 27 August 2026 and check-in before Monday 28 September 2026, you can collect your badge directly from your hotel when you arrive. Badge collection at check-in is one of the many benefits to staying in an official Sibos hotel. For more details visit our FAQs.
Collect your badge early at the venue
Pre-registered participants can also collect their badge from the MBCC on Sunday 27 September 2026 (09:00 - 17:00).
By collecting your badge early, you can use the ‘badge holder only’ entrances at the venue throughout the week, giving you direct entry to the exhibition area. To use these entrances, you must wear your badge and show physical government issued ID (your passport, driver’s license or national identity card). Digital ID will not be accepted.
Collecting your badge on Monday morning
If you're fully registered for Sibos, but don't collect your badge early, you'll need to access the MBCC via the non-badge holder entrance on the West side of the venue and visit the badge collection kiosks in the main registration area on the ground floor. This area is expected to be extremely busy during Sibos week, especially on Monday morning. Please ensure you have valid, physical government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport or national identity card) and your registration number when you collect your badge.

Badge collection for unregistered participants
If you don’t register for Sibos ahead of the event, you will need to register and be accredited at the venue. We expect Monday morning to be extremely busy, so please allow ample time and ensure that you have all the necessary supporting documentation for your registration application. Please note that applications do not guarantee entrance to Sibos and we encourage all participants to register before attending.
