How to create and sustain a diverse talent pipeline
The central theme of the diversity discussions at Sibos 2014 Boston was ‘Women in Finance’, with a particular focus on the lack of women in leadership positions and in board rooms within the Financial Industry.
For Sibos 2015 Singapore, we will analyse what needs to happen in order to actively create and sustain a diverse talent pipeline within global financial services companies, allowing them to fill high level leadership positions in the near future.
Numerous companies across industries have already proven their increased competitiveness based on a diverse leadership, yet there is still a fundamental knowledge gap across businesses that need to understand the value of promoting diversity and also what actions need to be taken in order to ensure the ‘diverse pipeline’ does get built.
Join us on Wednesday 14 October at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre for a Keynote speech on the topic of diversity, followed by a panel discussion that will focus on this challenge by confronting the experiences and point of view of industry experts and also ‘Powerwomen’ and ‘Millennials’ from the Fin Tech industry.
