MicroStrategy - Improving the agility of banking
The financial services industry is in a rapidly changing, competitive environment. This change is attributable to factors like the overall economy, new regulations, the rise of fintech companies, innovative payment solutions, and a shift in customer behavior. In order to stay ahead of the game, banks must become a customer-driven organization and able to engage with customers anywhere, anytime on their terms.
