Cultivating purpose-driven intrapreneurs
By 2020, millenials will form 50% of the global workforce. Over 6 in 10 millenials report that they feel personally responsible for making a difference in the world, and want to work at organisations with a positive social impact. By empowering individuals within the organisation to develop ideas that combine social impact with commercial opportunity, companies are becoming more successful at recruiting and retaining top talent while redefining their role in society. This panel session will challenge the group to think about the role intrapreneurship could play in growing their business and how to create an environment for it to flourish.
