With regulation now baring down on the Asset management community, we look to explore its impact on the Industry. With the purpose of reducing risk and increasing transparency, do we feel the regulation today will deliver the intended result and at what cost?

In this workshop we will look to address subjects such as:

• What has been the positive and negative impacts of greater regulation on asset managers?
• What have been the biggest priorities, challenges and impacts on the community regarding regulation? How have these been overcome?
• Does clear framework exist to meet these obligations and what more must be done?
• Is innovation in technology or operational models the key to meeting the ongoing challenges?
