In my previous role as Head of SWIFT Germany and Global Key Client Director Deutsche Bank I have a strong commercial focus. Within the last 7 years on the Deutsche Bank global account I was able to build a deep relationship on all levels and was able to position all SWIFT products and services. Since January 2012 I’m heading the SWIFT Germany market. Thanks to my strong commercial sense I was able to strategically develop the German market to an additional new revenue of 6,1 Mio. Euro within 2015. I provided input to the business strategy and to the direction of the CEE region by defining short and long term goals for the department, liaising closely with other functions internally and externally and establishing plans to achieve them. I manage my own department to ensure delivery against short and mid-term objectives of SWIFT. My relationship with the national user and member group is reliable established to ensure the support of all SWIFT provided board papers. Building and develop positive relationships with management internally and with clients, market infrastructures, communities, suppliers and user groups is my strength.
