In 2016, global FinTech investment topped $17.4 Billion, led in part by the $4.3 Billion venture round in Ant Financial. The start of 2017, however has started slowly, leading people to ask whether Fintech itself is a sound investment strategy. When will the promised products start to appear? Will sustainable business come out of this space?
Joined by Mike Sigal from 500 Startups, Victor Basta from Magister Adivsors, Ian Pollari from KPMG, and Andrew Martin from PH Limited, Chloe James from Sky News Australia will debate whether investment in Fintech itself is a sound strategy.
