Our developments span in house chat bots, Cora our digital human, customer on boarding enhancements and an award winning AI enabled service that has prevented £millions of fraud. The fraud service was developed in partnership with Vocalink.
This session will share the lessons learnt, some of them the hard way, in using data and developing AI and robotic enabled propositions, it will also explore the ingredients for a successful partnership.
