Dana Brants was appointed head of Services Marketing team at SWIFT in November 2013. In this role, she leads a team responsible for SWIFT's Professional Services strategy, profitability and business cases. The portfolio covers Consulting, Training and Operational Services.
Dana joined SWIFT in 2006, initially as a business analyst in the Standards division, after which she managed several teams and ran Standards Forum from 2008 till 2011. She also led New Media and Events (including Innotribe) as part of the Global Communications management team. This subsequently led to her current role where she took up the challenge of growing and expanding customer value through Services, including the creation and launch of SWIFTSmart in 2016.
Prior to joining SWIFT, Dana worked for the Bank of New York in Belgium for 6 years. She holds a master degree in History from the Catholic University of Leuven and a DES in International History and Politics from the Institute of International Studies, Geneva. Dana is Belgian and based in Belgium.
