Diane Teed is a Managing Director of Brown Brothers Harriman and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Service Delivery, which encompasses the Firm's Operations and Client Service functions globally. As CAO, Diane drives the transformational change agenda for Service Delivery. Areas of responsibility include talent strategy, workforce planning, globalization, change management and applied automation - using emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics process automation to drive business and workforce transformation.
Diane joined BBH in 2005 and previously served as Head of Strategy for Investor Services, Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Global Talent and Development for the Firm, and Operations Division Executive for Global Fund Accounting and Global Cash Services.
Prior to joining BBH, Diane was with State Street in Client Service and Relationship Management roles, and Citicorp in business lines that included Venture Capital and Leveraged Buyouts, ADR Issuance, and Cross-Border Custody.
Diane holds a BS in Management from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
