Jennifer Boussuge is the Treasury Fulfillment, Service & Operations (TFS&O) executive at Bank of America. As the TFS&O executive, she is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, servicing and operations of all treasury solutions for corporate, commercial and business banking clients globally, and for treasury operations in Canada, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Latin America and Asia Pacific.
Boussuge has worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 24 years. Before taking on her current role, Boussuge was based in London as head of Global Transaction Services (GTS) for EMEA. She was responsible for developing and executing the integrated strategy for the full end-to-end regional transaction services business in the region.
Previous roles include head of Global Sales for GTS, head of International Subsidiary Banking Sales, GTS, EMEA; GTS industry head, leading the delivery of global treasury and liquidity management services to large corporate healthcare and consumer and retail clients throughout the U.S.; and client manager for International Corporates. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Boussuge held roles with Riggs National Bank and Citibank in Washington, D.C.
Boussuge graduated from Mary Washington College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French. She conducted her graduate studies in French at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France and her business administration studies at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Boussuge sits on the Executive Committee for Global Banking & Markets Operations, and Global Executive Committee for GTS. Boussuge was included in the Financial News list of the 100 most influential women working in Financial Services in EMEA in 2016, and was a team award recipient of the American Banker 2017 Most Powerful Women in Banking as part of the Bank of America winning team.
Boussuge is married with one son, and is based in New York.
