Nadine leads and manages a group of 100+ senior sales officers based around the world and is accountable for all global annuity revenue related to the payment and cash-management flow for five sub sectors: Banks, Insurances, Asset managers, Public Sector and Hedge Funds. Nadine has been a member of the GLCM Executive Committee for six years.

She has a strong focus on the people agenda across HSBC and actively promotes leadership development and coaching through HSBC's official accelerated program for female leaders and other cultural programmes. She has also taken the lead on sponsoring global Wellbeing initiatives at HSBC that interact closely with the Conduct agenda for the Industry. She is an active member of Baft and is working with Baft to raise awareness of the organisation's evolution, and its impact on people's roles, in the light of accelerated digital transformation.

Leading and managing a group of 135 senior sales officers based in 20 countries. Accountable for more than $ half of billion of annuity revenue comprising of a mixed of treasury, trade and bank notes product sales to a client base of more than 3000 financial Institutions and non-bank financial institutions and 16,000 accounts across the globe.

Bank of America, Bromley, Kent (5 years)
Head of International Client Services, Implementation and Client Access for Global Treasury Management.
Accountable for delivering Client "delight" for EMEA, Asia & LATAM through a group of 405 'Servicing' associates across 20 sites, delivering the treasury management solutions promised by the sales forces to 7000 clients. Joined as head of EMEA, other responsibilities were added one year later.

BNP PARIBAS, London and Paris (2 years)
Global Head of Sales and Relationship Management for BP2S Reporting to the Head of the Business.
Key achievements were growing the business through acquisition and new product launches.

Nadine held several roles in Cash Management, Global Custody and Securities Lending. The last role being the Head of Sales for Europe within the Global Custody Business.
