Paula Chadderton is an International Counter-Terrorism Adviser at the Australian Department of Home Affairs' Centre for Counter-Terrorism Coordination. Paula is also studying towards her PhD at the University of Canberra specialising in anti-money laundering regulation in Australia and the Pacific. Before her current role, Paula was a government lawyer and policy adviser at AUSTRAC and several other Australian government departments where she advised on legal, regulatory, compliance and intelligence related issues and risks. Paula has completed a Master of Laws (International Law) (with Merit) (Australian National University), Bachelor of Laws (University of Western Australia) and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) (University of Melbourne), and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and High Court of Australia. Outside of work and study, Paula is a highly successful home baker who loves photography, learning languages and travelling.
