Thousands of members of the global financial community will come together in Miami to discuss the trends, technologies and ideas guiding the future of the industry. Among them will be rising professionals from financial institutions around the world taking part in the Sibos STAR Scholarship Programme</strong>.</em></p> Designed to help participants make the most of the unique opportunities Sibos provides, the STAR Scholarship Programme brings together a select group of STARs for an immersive week of learning, connection and leadership development. STARs will have access to the global financial community in an environment in which they can build relationships, broaden their perspectives and reflect on their own leadership journey.</p> Throughout Sibos week, STARs will engage with senior leaders, industry experts and fellow participants through a combination of dedicated activities and the wider Sibos programme. This includes opportunities to attend key Sibos sessions, hear from inspirational speakers and connect with professionals from across the global financial ecosystem.</p> These interactions help participants expand their networks beyond their own institutions and gain insights from a diverse range of markets, organisations and career journeys. STARs will be encouraged to step outside their usual networks, ask questions, explore the major issues shaping financial services and build meaningful connections across institutions, markets and geographies. Just as importantly, participants will be challenged to turn their Sibos experience into continued learning and impact beyond the week itself.</p> This year's programme places particular emphasis on leadership, curiosity, inclusion, courage, sponsorship and personal growth. Through a dedicated leadership development experience, participants will build greater awareness of their own leadership style, strengthen their confidence in engaging with senior leaders and develop practical skills they can take back into their organisations.</p> More than a week at Sibos</strong></p> One of the most enduring aspects of the STAR programme is the community it creates.</p> Participants arrive from different institutions, markets and geographies, bringing with them a wide range of experiences and perspectives.
