Our gamification approach, formerly known as the Innotribe Quest, is back for a fourth edition. Expanding across the whole venue and carrying its biggest set of rewards yet, here’s how it will work at Sibos 2026.
The Sibos Quest turns a week at the conference into an interactive tokenised experience with a chance to win great prizes. Delegates collect digital Quest tokens by taking part in different aspects of Sibos, and the more they gather, the better the rewards they can unlock. Returning for a fourth edition in Miami, the initiative carries a new name and a far wider reach than ever before.
Now spanning the entire event, tokens can be found at conference sessions, networking events, exhibitor stands and locations throughout the venue, ready to be collected and exchanged for rewards. The prize table has grown too, ranging from Miami souvenirs to the latest technology and a pass to Sibos 2027 in Singapore.
Taking part only requires a smartphone with the Sibos app installed. Using the app, tokens are collected in two ways: by scanning the QR codes displayed at selected conference sessions, or by tapping the NFC totems positioned at events and key locations. One token, On the Move, can be collected from our Quest volunteers who rove around the venue throughout the week, with hints to its whereabouts pushed through the app twice a day. The app also charts your progress, showing which rewards are within reach, which tokens are still needed and how many of each reward remain.
Four routes to explore
Tokens are organised into four routes, each rewarding a different way of experiencing Sibos:
Conference: sessions from the Opening Plenary to Big Issue Debates, View from the Top, Innotribe and other selected conference sessions

Networking: time spent at the welcome drinks, Innotribe Connect and the networking lounges.

Exploration: Discover, the AI Pavilion, the Food Hall, the Standards Forum and the 5K Run and Walk, among others.

Sponsorship: tokens earned at participating exhibitor stands.

For each completed route, you can earn an extra Star token, each one a key to the most sought-after prizes.
What’s on offer
Rewards are tiered by how many tokens are collected and how hard they are to find.
Early on, straightforward combinations unlock Miami mementoes such as a city magnet, a flamingo plush, a tote bag or sweets from local maker Miami Candies. A little more effort can pay off with an Inter Miami CF cap, Apple AirTags, a JBL speaker or a Go City Miami attractions pass.
The headline rewards sit at the top: Apple AirPods 4, a Meta Quest 3S VR headset, a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera and a Travelers Executive Kit, containing an Alpha Bravo Dynamic Backpack, Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones and an Anker Prime power bank. And the rarest prizes, a DJI Mini 4 Pro drone, the Meta Ray-Ban Display and a full-week pass to Sibos Singapore 2027, are awarded by raffle at the end of the week to those who earn the Star tokens.
Extra tokens
In good news for returning Questors, anyone who has played before automatically receives the Quest Alumni token, while the Quest Pro token goes to the dedicated Questors who stay active across all four days. Newcomers pick up the Quest Rookie token simply by signing up for the Quest and every participant is given a referral code to recommend a fellow explorer and unlock the Quest Ambassador token once they join.
Participation is free and open to all Sibos pass holders, and the Sibos Quest can be started at any point during the week from the Sibos app.
Sibos 2026 takes place in Miami from 28 September to 1 October. Register here to secure your place.
