Each day during Sibos week delegates can nourish their mind, body and soul with the Sibos health challenge, and support charity Teach For All at the same time. </p> Daily sessions will be led by health coach Declan Treanor</a>, providing practical tips, simple exercises and a motivational challenge to improve decision making, mood and creativity.
