Sibos 2024 is nearly here! With a packed schedule of conference sessions, a vibrant exhibition and fintech space, networking events and more, read our top tips to make the most of your experience in Beijing.</em></p> 1. Collect your badge in advance</h4> To fast track your entry into Sibos 2024 and ensure the smoothest experience on arrival, make sure to register and collect your badge</a> before attending. We anticipate that the registration area will be extremely busy on Monday. To avoid a long wait, we strongly encourage participants to collect their badges in advance.</p> There are two ways that registered participants can pick up their badge early:</p> Collect early at your hotel</strong>: if you reserved an official Sibos hotel before 23 September, and are checking in before Monday 21 October, you can collect your badge directly at your hotel from 12:00 on Friday 18 October.</li>Collect early at the venue:</strong> all registered attendees can collect from the China National Convention Centre (CNCC) on Sunday 20 October (09:00 – 17:00). Shuttle buses from official Sibos hotels will be available.</li></ul> 2. Make the most of the daily shuttle bus service</h4> We’re offering complimentary daily shuttle buses</a> </a>between official Sibos hotels and the CNCC. Shuttle buses will operate on a scheduled basis. No reservations or advance bookings are required but please arrive at your hotel lobby or the CNCC Exhibition Plaza (E1 Entrance - for departing the venue) 10 minutes before departure time.</p> You’ll need valid, physical government-issued photo ID plus either your badge or your Sibos registration number (found in your Sibos registration confirmation email) to board the bus (and to enter the event venue). </p> 3. Download the Sibos app</h4> Don’t forget to download the Sibos app from Google Play</a> or the App Store</a> before you arrive. Your pocket guide to Sibos week, the app will help you connect and book meetings with peers, navigate the conference programme, find your way around the CNCC using the interactive floorplan, join the Innotribe Quest and sign up to the Sibos Sustainability Pledge</a>.</p> The app is the best way to plan ahead. Start building your own personalised schedule using ‘My List’ within the conference programme and reserve free meeting space in the Connections lounge.</p> 4. Expand your network</h4> Networking</a> is at the heart of Sibos, helping thousands of participants to rekindle old connections and forge new ones. There’s plenty of events on offer, with highlights including the Sibos welcome drinks, a special guest speaker at the DE&I networking event and an evening with global fintech innovators at the Innotribe networking event.</p> 5. Reserve your space at the Connections lounge</h4> Sibos 2024 will have plenty of areas for one-to-one and small group meetings across the venue, including the new Connections lounge. Prepare your Wi-Fi login details</h4> To stay connected at the CNCC, international participants can join the free Sibos 2024 Wi-Fi. It’s important you have your passport number and unique Sibos registration number to hand. Your Wi-Fi username will be your passport number, and your password will be your registration number.</p> 8. Get ready to explore and win with Innotribe Quest</h4> Innotribe Quest</a> </a>returns for a second year in Beijing, an interactive experience where participants can win exclusive prizes by unlocking digital collectibles across the venue.
