For those who sign up for the lunch option, the Sibos Restaurant will be open Monday to Thursday between 11:30 and 14:00.
Located on Level 300 of the MTCC, which is part of the Meet Zone, it will feature an immersive ‘Gold Cubic’ design which reflects the Sibos 2017 theme - Building for the Future.
The Sibos Restaurant will offer delegates a choice between a buffet or a three-course menu, featuring international cuisine with touches of Canadian flavours.
In the following video, Richard Willett, Vice President – Food & Beverage, MTCC, discusses the ingredients that they use, the diversity of Canadian cuisine, and the CSR initiatives they’re involved with.

The seated part of the restaurant will feature tables of 2, 4, 6 and 10, so that delegates can hold meetings over lunch if needed. The buffet area will be more informal, with just tables of 10.
Introducing ‘Grab & Go’
This year we’ve introduced Grab & Go as an alternative for those who may be pushed for time.
Those opting for Grab & Go can pick from three types of sandwich (vegetarian, meat or fish), and will also get a salad of the day, fruit and a dessert. This option is available from the Connect Lounge, so that delegates can fit in some lunchtime networking.
Please note that it’s a choice each day between Grab & Go or the Sibos Restaurant. Not both.
Visit the Health Corners
There will also be three Health Corners in the Connect Zone.
The Health Corners, which are sponsored by SIX Securities Services, have proved popular since their introduction in 2015.
They are areas where delegates can take a break and enjoy free healthy snacks and drinks, such as roasted apple & walnut power bars, four berry smoothies and fresh fruit.
The Health Corners will be open at the following times:
• Monday 16 October: 15:00-16:00
• Tuesday 17 & Wednesday 18 October: 10:00-11:00 & 15:00-16:00
• Thursday 19 October: 10:00-11:00
