Toby leads the fintech partnership team within ING. This team scouts and advises the ING businesses in regards to fintech and the setting up of impactful partnerships. His areas of focus are financial markets, capital markets, wholesale banking lending, retail insurance, cybersecurity and DLT (inclusing digital assets).
