The Connections lounge, sponsored by Google Cloud, is located in hall 3.0 of the event venue and is a welcoming — and free — space to host your one-to-one and small group meetings. Tables are now available to book through the Sibos app.
To book a meeting:
- Press the message icon (top right corner)
- Click the plus icon
- Search for any participant by name or company
- Before you can set up a meeting, you’ll need to send a message and request to connect.
- Once your request’s been accepted you can request a meeting by pressing the handshake icon in your chat
- Hit the dropdown menu to select the type of meeting
- Select Connections lounge
- Choose the number of seats and date
- Check times available by pressing the ‘Timeslot’ box
- Select the best timeslot for you
- Add a message and hit ‘Send request’
- Wait for your request to be accepted
If you need to cancel a meeting go to the Chat & Connect page of the app, find the meeting and hit ‘Withdraw’.
