Sibos 2025 will take place at Messe Frankfurt in Frankfurt from 29 September to 2 October 2025.

You don’t require a password to access your Sibos account. To login, please visit the ‘login’ screen and enter your email address to trigger a verification code. Once you’ve received your verification code you can use this to login. The code will be sent via email and SMS (providing you enter a valid contact number with country code when you register for Sibos).

Members of the Sibos community – Swift partners and customers as well as eligible fintechs - can register for Sibos 2025 Frankfurt on sibos.com.

Once you have registered, be sure to complete the visa application process as soon as possible. More information on the visa process can be found in the Travel & Hotels section of this FAQ.

• Week-long participant pass including lunch (four days) = EUR 3,400
• Two-day participant pass including lunch = EUR 2,900
• One-day participant pass including lunch = EUR 1,450
• Fintech pass including lunch (four days) = EUR 1,000
• Talent Thursday pass including lunch (one day) = EUR 500
• Digital pass = EUR 275

Please note: A maximum of two one-day passes can be purchased. Participants wishing to attend for more than two days must purchase a week-long pass.

We highly recommend collecting your badge early, either from your official Sibos hotel at check-in or from the Messe Frankfurt on Sunday. This will give you access to the 'badge holder only' entrances and help avoid long waits at the registration area on Monday morning.

The Sibos digital pass provides access to a live stream of a selection of the main conference sessions. It also allows you to view all main conference sessions on demand until the end of 2025. Digital pass participants will be able to view the list of exhibitors, access the participant directory and use the peer-to-peer networking and messaging tools on sibos.com and in the Sibos app.

You can purchase a Digital Pass for EUR 275.

BIC (Bank Identifier Code) codes are required from financial institutions to access the registration site for Sibos 2025 Frankfurt. Each financial institution has a specific BIC code that can be obtained from the Swift BIC directory page.

PIC (Partner Identifier Code) codes are required from Swift registered vendors (Solution, Business, Service and Network Partners) to access the registration site for Sibos 2025 Frankfurt. If you do not know your PIC code, please contact registration@sibos.com

You may be entering an invalid/disconnected accreditation code. Please check with your company that you have the most recent code available. If you’re unsure, you may search for a company’s BIC code using the Swift BIC directory. Alternatively, you may submit a registration request for Swift to review.

Sibos events are open exclusively to members of the Swift community and companies outside the community need to meet certain criteria.

It is strictly forbidden to share a Sibos pass. Each attendee must have their own registration, with their own Sibos pass and badge. Day passes are available. This is in line with security and the data privacy policies.
