Check out the 2017 conference programme
The theme for the conference is ‘Building for the Future’. Key topics include cybersecurity, the impact of geopolitical and regulatory shifts, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data and identity. The agenda is structured around four streams – Banking, Compliance, Securities and Technology.
The programme will continue to evolve as new speakers and sessions are added in the build up to Sibos week in October. Confirmed speakers so far include RBC’s Dave McKay, who will open Sibos, and Admiral Michelle Howard, Commander of the US Naval Forces Europe & Africa.

Exhibition
Visit Innotribe at the MTCC
Integrated on the exhibition floor in the Connect Zone, Innotribe will once more bring the latest innovation trends to life, delivering thought provoking content on new business models and how to connect legacy and new technology.
This year’s Innotribe sessions will take place in a ‘coffee shop’-style space alongside workshops and networking opportunities. Stay tuned for further details.

Hail an EcoCab at Sibos
New for this year, Sibos is working with EcoCab to offer delegates an environmentally-friendly transport alternative through its fleet of innovative vehicles, constructed from recycled plastic.
This fun commute between the MTCC and the Sibos hotels is not only free of emissions, but also free of cost. The EcoCabs are sponsored by BNP Paribas.

Networking
Be inspired by a new-look closing event
The Sibos closing event this year will be a two-hour cocktail reception, where delegates
will be able to enjoy a final high-level networking opportunity over some drinks.
The cocktail reception will start after the closing plenary finishes at 17:00. It will conveniently take place in the Constitution Hall in the Inspire Zone, next to the
John Bassett Theatre which hosts the plenaries.
All delegates with a week-long pass or a Thursday day pass will be able to attend.
Sibos shuttle buses will be on hand until 19:30 to take you back to the hotels.
Register now for the 5K Fun Run/Walk
Taking place on the morning of Wednesday 18 October, this healthy activity will provide delegates with the opportunity to step outside the MTCC and see more of the host city.
The event will take place in Coronation Park, on the shores of Lake Ontario.
To take part, you must be a fully registered Sibos delegate. The 5K Fun Run/Walk is sponsored by RBC.

The Sibos Tools will help you to manage your personal information and plan your way through registration, the exhibition, the conference and networking events whilst at Sibos.
From 25 July, the Sibos Tools will be available through a refreshed Sibos.com (featuring responsive design and a more immersive user experience) and also via the official 2017 Sibos App (which you’ll be able to download for free for Android and iOS).
