Sibos 2025 Frankfurt is almost here. For the best possible experience, it’s essential to plan ahead.
Firstly, it’s important to register before attending. This will give you access to the Sibos hotel booking service, and advance badge collection options.
We anticipate the registration area will be extremely busy on Monday morning of Sibos week. To avoid a long wait we strongly encourage you to use one of the advance badge collection options below*.
You can then use the ‘badge holder only’ entrances at the venue, giving you direct entry to the exhibition area. To use these entrances you must wear your badge and show physical government issued ID (your passport, driver’s license or national identity card). Digital ID will not be accepted.
Badge collection options for registered participants
Collect early at your hotel
If you reserved an official Sibos hotel before 29 August 2025 and check in before Monday 29 September 2025, you can collect your badge directly from your hotel (available from 12:00 CEST Friday 26 September, all day Saturday 27 September and Sunday 28 September).

Collect early at the venue
You can also collect your badge from the event venue, the Messe Frankfurt, on Sunday 28 September 2025 (09:00 - 17:00).
Collecting your badge on Monday morning
If you're fully registered for Sibos, but don't collect your badge early, you’ll need to use the main venue entrance (City entrance). You can collect your badge from the badge collection kiosks in the registration area.
This area is expected to be extremely busy during Sibos week, especially on Monday morning, so please allow ample time and ensure you have your physical government issued ID (passport, driver’s license or national identity card). Digital ID will not be accepted.

Register and collect badge at the venue
If you don’t register for Sibos ahead of the event, you’ll need to be accredited at the venue. We expect Monday morning to be extremely busy at registration, so please allow ample time and ensure that you have all the necessary supporting documentation for your registration application. Please note that registration applications do not guarantee entrance to Sibos and we encourage all participants to register before attending.
Remember to also bring your physical government issued ID each day. You will not be allowed entry to Sibos without it.
