Sibos TV – Don’t miss a thing

Sibos TV will be available throughout Palexpo, with delegates able to watch in the Sibos TV Lounge, in the conference rooms, and at a host of exhibitor stands and networking lounges.

Starting each day with Good Morning Sibos, it will show the Big Issue Debates, Game Changers and a selection of conference sessions live. Hosts Nadine Dereza and Steven Chia will guide you through Sibos week.

An eye-catching line-up of speakers

Two of Switzerland’s leading figures will open and close this year’s Sibos. Chair of the Swiss National Bank, Thomas Jordan, will open the event on Monday, with Swiss adventurer and environmentalist Bertrand Piccard delivering the closing plenary on Thursday.

With many more top speakers throughout the week, delegates will be presented with fresh perspectives and learnings that they can translate to their work.

Spotlight on Geneva

To round off this month’s edition, we look at three of the top restaurants in the city. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Brasserie Lipp

The “Années Folles” decor— green and white tiles, mustard yellow ceilings, warm wood—and busy waiters in ankle-length aprons provide a bustling backdrop as Genevois diners tuck into hearty portions of choucroute (sauerkraut) with pork and potatoes, vegetable couscous, tartares of beef or fish, and platters of seafood. Unusually for Geneva, this place serves non-stop and late: the kitchen stays open until past midnight.

La Bottega

Chefs Paulo Airaudo and Francesco Gasbarro provide a warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere at La Bottega. Italian tradition is given a contemporary twist to offer your eyes, as well as your taste buds, a real treat. You can also enjoy a delicious cocktail for your aperitif...

Les Armures

This restaurant, one of the oldest in the city, has become one of Geneva’s favourite eateries. The attentive and professional service turns a meal into a memorable event. You can appreciate fine Swiss cuisine, including Fondue, on either of the two, air conditioned floors - the Salle des Artistes on the ground floor or the Carnozet on the lower ground floor.
