Sibos actively promotes gender balance and cultural diversity across its speaker programming. Sibos is part of the Inclusive Panels Charter and features speakers from a broad range of regions, cultures and backgrounds, reflecting the inclusivity and diversity of the Sibos community.

The STAR scholarship programme brings together high-potential women from across the global financial industry, offering them a unique platform to grow professionally and expand their networks.

Sibos invites local finance students from a range of academic backgrounds to participate in the event, helping to bridge generational gaps and provide opportunities for emerging talent in finance.

Sibos champions inclusion through DE&I-focused networking events  and selecting accessible venues.

Fo those who can’t attend in person, the Sibos digital pass and networking tools allow people to join sessions from anywhere in the world and connect with other members of the Sibos community.
