What’s the easiest way to collect my badge?

Collecting your badge

Collect your badge early to avoid the queues and use the fast-track ‘badge holder only’ entrances at the MBCC. We expect the registration area at the venue to be very busy.

Hotel badge collection

Book an official Sibos hotel by 27 August 2026 and check-in before Monday 28 September, and we’ll arrange for your badge to be waiting at reception when you arrive. There’s no need to visit the venue in advance - just check in, collect your badge, and head straight to the fast-track ‘badge holder only’ entrances on Monday morning.

Venue collection

You can also collect your badge from the MBCC on Sunday 27 September 2026 (09:00 - 17:00).

If you don’t collect your badge early using one of the options above, you'll need to access the MBCC via the non-badge holder entrance on the West side of the venue and visit the badge collection kiosks in the main registration area on the ground floor.

Registration at Sibos will be open at the following times, please ensure you have valid, physical government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport or national identity card) and your registration number when you collect your badge.

  • Sunday 27 September 2026, 09:00 - 17:00
  • Monday 28 September 2026, 07:00 - 18:00
  • Tuesday 29 September 2026, 07:00 - 18:00
  • Wednesday 30 September 2026, 07:00 - 18:00
  • Thursday 1 October 2026, 07:00 - 17:00

Entry to the venue each day

To access the MBCC each day, you will need:

  1. Your Sibos badge.
  2. Your physical government ID - digital or photocopies of ID will not be accepted.
  3. Your Sibos QR code from your joining instruction email.

What is a BIC or PIC code?

BIC (Bank Identifier Code) codes are required from financial institutions to access the registration site for Sibos 2026 Miami. Each financial institution has a specific BIC code that can be obtained from the Swift BIC directory page.

PIC (Partner Identifier Code) codes are required from Swift registered vendors (Solution, Business, Service and Network Partners) to access the registration site for Sibos 2026 Miami. If you do not know your PIC code, please contact registration@sibos.com.

Why is my BIC/PIC invalid? How do I register?

You may be entering an invalid/disconnected accreditation code. Please check with your company that you have the most recent code available. If you’re unsure, you may search for a company’s BIC code using the Swift BIC directory. Alternatively, you may submit a registration request for Swift to review.

Do I need a password to access my Sibos registration?

You don’t require a password to access your Sibos account. To login, please visit the ‘login’ screen and enter your email address to trigger a verification code. Once you’ve received your verification code you can use this to login. The code will be sent via email and SMS (providing you enter a valid contact number with country code when you register for Sibos).

Can I pay for my Sibos registration at the event using cash?

Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances for Sibos registrations, but we can accept credit card payments on-site at the event. We do however recommend completing your registration payment in advance using one of the approved electronic methods. This will ensure a smooth check-in experience.
