What are the networking tools and how can I access them?

Networking tools are available with your participant or digital pass on the Sibos app. You can use these to connect with other participants before and during Sibos and to schedule private meetings. 

You can also use the Sibos app to book free meeting space in the Connections Lounge, a welcoming space for one-to-one and small group meetings. 

To access the full Sibos 2025 digital experience register, set up your profile and then download the latest version of the Sibos app on Google Play or the App Store.
 

What is the Connections lounge?

 

 

The Connections lounge, sponsored by Google Cloud, is located in hall 3.0 of the event venue and is a welcoming — and free — space to host your one-to-one and small group meetings. Tables are now available to book through the Sibos app.

To book a meeting:

  1. Press the message icon (top right corner)
  2. Click the plus icon
  3. Search for any participant by name or company
  4. Before you can set up a meeting, you’ll need to send a message and request to connect.
  5. Once your request’s been accepted you can request a meeting by pressing the handshake icon in your chat
  6. Hit the dropdown menu to select the type of meeting
  7. Select Connections lounge
  8. Choose the number of seats and date
  9. Check times available by pressing the ‘Timeslot’ box
  10. Select the best timeslot for you
  11. Add a message and hit ‘Send request’
  12. Wait for your request to be accepted

If you need to cancel a meeting go to the Chat & Connect page of the app, find the meeting and hit ‘Withdraw’.
