How do I book a space in the Connections lounge?
Meeting spaces in the Connections lounge are easy and free to book via the Sibos app. Watch our Connections lounge video that outlines these simple steps:
- To get started open the Sibos app and press 'Chat & Connect' or the message icon (top right corner)
- Now click on the plus icon and search for participants by typing their name or company name
- Before you can set up a meeting, you'll need to send a message and request to connect
- Once your connection request's been accepted you can request a meeting
- In your chat press the handshake icon to start a meeting request
- Hit the drop-down menu and select ‘Connections lounge meeting’
- Choose the number of seats, day and timeslot (timeslots appear in your local time, so make sure you adjust for CST)
- Add a message and hit ‘Send request’
- Head back to your chat to see whether it’s been accepted
